Go to your local health store and get some of your favorite essential oil scents.
Try:Orange, pine, eucalyptus, mint, peppermint, grape seed and cinnamon are amongst most popular.
You will also need a solid base like carrier oils.
Try: Jojoba oil, coconut oil, hemp oil or sweet almond oil.

The Mix, Yo! Start with a carrier oil and mix away till you get the sent you enjoy the most!
The oils will not clog pours and are beneficial to your manly mans skin!

Tips & Tricks: Winterize!

You step outside, take a deep breath and feel the crisp air… Soon, your lips start to peel, your hair feels crispy and your skin starts to crack… ohhh Winter… Although you bless us with a beautiful landscape, you make us work EXTRA hard in maintaining our beautiful selves…

Trips & Tricks to Winterize:

Lips: The worst is when you lean in for a romantic kiss and you know your lips feel like sandpaper… Here’s what to do: Start by always Brushing your lips. Morning and Night! The mint from your toothpaste will leave a tingling feeling and not to mention, the soft brush will add some Plump while removing any dead skin. Rinse your toothbrush with HOT water to help keep sanitized. Use Vitamin E at night to replenish and repair. Wake up with Beautiful, soft lips!

Hair: Itchy Scalp? Take a couple bananas and a couple avocados, smash them together like you’re making some mash potatoes! Make sure the texture is thick, so do not use a blender. Use the mixture on your scalp and let sit for 30 minutes before washing it out.

Nails: My friends over at Julep have come up with an absolutely amazing way to ensure your nails feel fresh all winter long.
Go to: http://www.julep.com/shop/nail-polish.html  for more sassy colours. Don’t forget to stay fresh for the Holidays and stay WINTERIZED!
